The home’s expansive layout offers optimal space for private time or gathering in small groups, with social areas, bedrooms and baths spread out between the two levels. The residence features multiple seating and TV viewing areas, a fully stocked kitchen with comprehensive housewares package and a large, enclosed office. An attached en-suite apartment including kitchenette, dining/worktable and private entrance is a perfect quiet space for a business meeting or virtual commuting. The 4 remodeled bathrooms ensure everyone can get ready on time in the mornings and a bonus entertaining room with a pool table , wine fridge, bar and large TV is a great spot for relaxing after a long day of work.

Sandy Springs MARTA also has local and shuttle bus connections. Lyft and Uber are easily accessible from the home. There is also free parking in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles.

The ramp to US-19 , the main thoroughfare into Atlanta is less than one-mile east of the home.

A Publix Super Market , Trader Joes, CVS, multiple restaurants, and fast food dining options are less than a mile to the west along Roswell Road.
